PAYMENT POLICY

VAT INVOICE ISSUANCE
The Company will issue a VAT invoice for each delivery. Immediately after delivery, the delivery documents will be attached to each shipment and signed by the customer for confirmation.

Any issues arising during delivery will be addressed through an adjusted, supplementary, or replacement invoice.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING FEES

Free delivery applies in the following cases:

  • Ho Chi Minh City (former HCMC inner districts):
    • Suburban areas including Binh Hung, Phong Phu (Binh Chanh), Phuoc Kieng – Nha Be, Hoc Mon, and Binh Tan, provided that truck access is available. (Excluding Can Gio.)
  • Shipping fees for provinces and cities outside the areas listed above will be quoted in advance when preparing the sales contract.

LOADING & UNLOADING

DIVO will cover the cost of loading onto and unloading from delivery trucks under the following conditions:

  • Customers must prepare sufficient warehouse/storage space for the goods.
  • The warehouse or storage area must be within 15 meters from the truck parking location. If the distance exceeds this limit, please notify us in advance; additional handling fees will apply.
  • We are not responsible for moving goods upstairs or into basements. If such requests arise unexpectedly, customers are required to pay the additional charges.

DELIVERY

Delivery Time:

  • DIVO will arrange delivery within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the date we receive the deposit payment and delivery request.
  • Requests for urgent delivery within 4–8 working hours from the time of order will incur additional charges provided by DIVO.

INSPECTION UPON RECEIPT

DIVO will deliver goods to the project site and handle unloading as stated above. Customers are requested to immediately check the tile codes, quantities, breakage, chipping, and packaging condition.

If any issues are found, please notify the delivery personnel and the sales representative, and clearly record the details on the delivery document before signing. Failure to inspect the goods in accordance with this policy releases the Company from all responsibility for risks related to the goods (loss, damage, breakage, etc.).
